Canyon River Ranch’s location in the Yakima River Canyon was chosen not only for its abundant activities, but for its breathtaking views and pristine, undisturbed natural beauty.
With that in mind, it was of utmost importance that this project make every effort to practice responsible development and construction practices, utilizing green and recyclable materials wherever possible and minimizing disturbance to the surrounding environment and wildlife. A significant element of the landscape plan includes the reintroduction of native plants in areas near the river that had suffered from prior overuse. This will enhance both the river experience and the natural ambience of the property
